    Well i think I got this piece of technology figured out.. After setting my Hi & Lo temps, iwas clicking on the Start/Stop button, I accidentally clicked on the light?Mode button, and there it was..     Hi, just got a Maverick ET-73, and when I put in the Hi smoker temp at 220, then click Start/Stop, it goes right back to default of 176.. then I go to Lo temp, & put in 85 degrees, & clickon start?stop, it goes right back to the default of 50.. The same goes for setting the meat temp, no matter...
