    Newbie here -

    Just found this site - Terrific info here - I got a GOSM smoker and had to buy 1 for each of my 3 grown sons (Wal-mart should pay me a commission). Stuck mostly to traditional (butts, brisket, etc.) but saw the baa-baa threads & will try one for sure. Thanks, 49T&C
