Anyone used the JerkyWorks Caulk gun thinggy to stuff ABTs?
No pics yet - its on the workbench. I want to test the JerkyWorks one first. I know that the heavy-duty caulk gun will produce enough force to push the filling through. It is so time consuming to stuff whole ABTs. I've been searching for an easier/quicker way to stuff them. Smoker wind break
A couple of possibilities - Cement backerboard or (easier) Thermyply. Thermoply has some insulative qualities - foil side toward smoker. Just found this site - Terrific info here - I got a GOSM smoker and had to buy 1 for each of my 3 grown sons (Wal-mart should pay me a commission). Stuck mostly to traditional (butts, brisket, etc.) but saw the baa-baa threads & will try one for sure. Thanks, 49T&C
