    Smoking pre cooked turkey breasts

    Was at Sam's last weekend and picked up 2 10lb pre cooked Jenni O oven roasted turkey breasts.  I want to smoke them, but need to know if I need to do anything different compared to smoking a uncooked one.  Any help would be appreciated.  thanks, MikeH

    Smoke Daddy or A-Maze-N smoker???

    My vote is for the A-maze-n pellet smoker.  It doesnt get any easier to get great smoke and Todd provides the best support that you will find anywhere if you have issues or need any assistance with his units. Mike H

    Pork butt cooking to fast?

    I charted my MES40 by placing a digital thermo on each rack in three spots and wrote down what the reading was with the unit set to 275 deg.  I found that I was 10 to 15 deg low compared to what the MES was telling me.  Now I just adjust accordingly depending on where I have the meat setting in...

    Crazy Pork Butt

    Magnum, thats alot different than the pork butt that I put on at 11pm last nite.  I checked it at 5:30am and it was at 156deg.  Checked it at 8:30am (3 hrs later) and it is just to 157.  I hit the stall pretty good.  Only good thing is that I dont have anything going on today, so I can wait it...

    Butts: Foil or not! Last minute!

    They look good.  I just posted pics of my pulled pork on here and I didnt foil at all.  Took a long time (19+ hrs), but I will do it this way from now on.  Really like the good bark I got on the outside...good luck Mike
