I was wondering if anyone ever does a brine on their pork butts? Or do most just do a rub?
I usually just rub them up and let them sit in the fridge from nite till morning. I saw a show on the food network with Alton Brown where he used a brine and thought of trying it.
I am cooking 4 Pork Butts for a friend's party. They are all around 10lbs.
