    On the Smoking Meat store, Jeff is selling one through Amazon for 228. I think that's going to be my best bet, unless I want to drive an hour and go pick it up at the other Bass Pro. Although, it's a good excuse to go there. :)

    Did you order it online from Depot? If you ordered it in the store, how did you pull that off? I ordered mine from them a month ago, and they won't do in store ordering for online stuff..... I'm getting one from Bass Pro this weekend. I need to call them and make sure they have it though.

    Cold here in Atlanta... It got up to maybe 50 today.... It was a low of 24 the other night. It's pretty crazy. It IS April.... should be 70's here. It was colder the other day here than it was on Christmas.

    I will find that recipe and post it... To summarize, it's two roasts rubbed with jerk seasoning and smoked. (1 pork and 1 beef) Cube the meat and put it in a really really good black bean style stew with veggies, jalapenos, etc..... Simmer for a while, top with cheese and sour cream and enjoy...

    No. :( I love mac and cheese. I even like the Kraft stuff too :) Homemade doesn't take long, with the exception of cooking the macaroni... always takes a while to boil water and cook the pasta.. other than that, it's pretty simple, and always good.

    I also add bacon to my mac, and have a recipe that calls for a can of chipotle peppers blended it. I usually also add garlic butter to my breadcrumbs before I sprinkle them on the top... gooood stuff :)
