    LaCaja China

    I was wondering if anyone has an experience the LaCaja China. It is a wooden box lined with metal. You put a whole pig in it and put coals on top of the box. It cooks the pig in 3 1/2 hours and the pig is suppose to keep the pig moist. 3 1/2 hours sure sound quick. http://www.lacajachina.com/
