    Christmas turkey

    Happy holidays all!! So I work tomorrow so we celebrate Christmas today. Going to do a traditional ham in the oven, but the main for me is the turkey going in MES. Stuffing with onion, Apple, and garlic. Rubbing it down and throwing it in. More to come

    Making a turkey today. Figured with all the deals... why not!! Stuffed it with onions, apples, and fresh garlic. Got the masterbuilt electric smoker prepped with hickory chips. A light coat of olive oil and a small sprnkle of some Webber smoking rub... my go to rub. Injected with an apple juice...

    Smoked chicken help

    Hey guts i use a masterbuilt elecric. Did a whole young chicken yesterdsy. Inhected with an alple juice mix.smoked about 3 hours at 230 and the meat came out amazing and juicy. The skin... not so much. How can i make the skin nice and crisp so i dont feel as im chewing on a condom...

    First time pork loin

    Got a 3 to 4 pound loin I am planning to do go today. I have the master built 30 electrical smoker. Planning on using hickory and soak the chips in Apple juice (seemed to work for chicken yesterday). Going to use a commercial dry rub. Any tips or suggestions? Open ears
