And here's the first round! Two dozen disappeared before I could even get them in the house! I used mostly cherry wood and alternated a little bit of mesquite and maple.

Loins came out nice The one on the left is BBQ. The Asian seasoned loin got done quick. I hit the 5 spice seasoning amount just right! Whew! Was a little worried because of the cloves and anise but it came through very subtly

One of my first posts on SMF was why can't you use wood chunks in the MasterBuilt Pro smoker. Someone replied that they use them all the time with no problems. I found out today why they're not recommended and count myself lucky that I was paying attention.
