    I have seen reports that the app for Inkbird has issues (graphing)? Have you seen this as well? One other thing, does the silicon color piece go in the smoker? I thought I read it wasn't safe about a certain temp.

    Looking for inputs. I need a new meat thermometer. Based on where I monitor the temperature bluetooth distance shouldn't be a problem, but wifi would work too. Mainly just want a product that will last (and is in the price point of the IBBQ-4T and TP25). Anyone have experience with both?

    Hey everyone, my dad got a Char Broil H2O Electric Smoker for free. Was curious how to use it. There doesn't appear to be a door to add more chips. Do you soak the chips and put them directly on the coil? How do you add more chips during a smoke? Any help would be great.

    Hey y'all, I appreciate the help.  Sorry for no pics - will definitely get some next time.  The AMNPS lit and ran well and the ribs turned out quite well.  I think the rib tips were slightly dry, probably because they got cooked too long, but always a learning experience.  Thanks again!
