    high of only 87 so yes I am taking full advantage of the weather today. Picked up some boneless beef short ribs and a large sirloin tip roast. Going on this originals Oklahoma Joe offset.

    Everyone.....Introducing the Smoke Bomb by Gabby's Grills. I first did chicken breasts and the temps outside were 32 degrees. The temp inside stayed a consistent 270. I filled with regular charcoal and some chunks of hickory to 3/4 of the way up and then dumped a bunch of lit coals on top...

    Just another day at the office......

    We convinced our department head to let us do a BBQ using my Santa Maria trailer pit. We had Santa Maria TRI-TIP, Huli Huli chicken(Hawaiian teriyaki), and southern baked beans in a dutch oven pot. Three different regions of the US and man was it good!!! Kudos to Junior over at Gabby's Grills...
