Hey folks. Brand new to the forum. My wife bought me a char-griller offset for fathers day, and it is losing its cherry as I type. Had to watch the kiddies today, so we went and bought a butt, and it is cooking with much success. Using rancher charcoal and Stubbs blended woodchips. It rained at noon, but I had prepared a tarp. Field expedient BBQ. Wish me luck! Oh, and Bad Byrons Butt Rub. This neighborhood smells great!
