In the first week of August this past summer, my Better Half's Daughter and her Husband, moved in, unannounced, then told us to get out. We rent this house, and the landlord and my better half are OK with this. Not so much me. It started out me and the Better Half would get a 3 Bedroom Apartment, then it morphed into I was going to get 2 bedroom, the better half would stay in the basement here. I am On a CPP Disability, so, when we went and looked for a 2 Bedroom apartment, they would not take me with just my CPP disability, so off to ODSP I go. They were quite cooperative until they saw my CPP papers, then turned off like light switch, even suggesting I cash out my retirement fund that I saved up over the years I worked. Not a Snowball chance on hot August day that will happen. So it looks very much like January 15th. I am Homeless.
Life sucks sometimes!

If you got to You will see the backyard I will loose

Whose name is the lease in? If yours, tell the interlopers to "F" off. If your better half's! Really better half!?!? If both you and the "better half" then go to small claims court. If no lease, shame on you, but dump the "better half" regardless. "Better", really?

That is just a sad story, I don't know how much fight you have left in you, but I would not get kicked out of my house by my family!!

Not good my friend. If it were me I'd flat out tell the wife, her daughter, and the husband to get the hell out of the house IMMEDIATELY!!!! Not tomorrow but right now!! This was obviously a preplanned operation, with your wife leading the parade. Don't just sit back and let this sh*t happen. Fight.

I am with all the confused people. If the lease on your rental is in YOUR name, that should give YOU control. I do not see how your daughter-in-law & company would have any solid ground to ask/insist you move out. If your "better half" is involved and NOT moving out in this plan... wow. Sad. Sucks.
