Hi all!!! I just wanted to say hello from Western massacusetts. Im new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little about me. I work as a natural gas utility worker. I've just started smoking this year as my girlfriend gave me a Smoke Hollow 38" propane smoker for my birthday.... I've since converted it to natural gas. I'm now addicted to smoking meats, I've done brisket, pork butt, ribs, pork belly burned ends, prime rib.... and soon a thanksgiving turkey... (fingers crossed). I'm looking forward to gaining knowledge from all of you. I'll keep it short. Just wanted to say hello.
