Hi y'all. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Paul and I started smoking...for real smoking...last yearwwith my cabelas magnum pellet smoker. I believe it's made by camp chef. I've had a Bradley Smoker for years but mainly just smoked salmon with it. This has become a great new hobby and a passion. I thought this would be a great place for advice and some smoking company.
