Try Lupus Meats at The Broadway Market. I searched all over this summer to get beef ribs to BBQ and finally found EXACTLY what I wanted at Lupas. Great meat market, very accommodating people, excellent prices. And it's fun to support The Broadway Market, a Buffalo treasure! After buying the ribs at Lupas I decided I'm going to get ALL my meat for smoking there. It's worth the time and effort to go there.
