Thanks thats what i figured well i went and added 7lbs of pork with all other ingredients but salt added extra garlic ;-) and did test fry and it was much better will let it sit for a few hrs and try again thanks for the replys
I figured id try Rytek's recipie for kielbasa on page 107 and did a test fry and it is too salty for my taste i have no other pork here is there any way i can lessen the salt or should i put off stuffing till i get some more pork thanks
Just picked up my first dutch oven and after looking thru here boy im glad i did cant wait too get started so today i am breaking it in with a white chicken chili to take the chill out of the snow storm we are getting today will post some pics once done
well was skeptical at first then once meat sat for a bit it was great only bad part even the little bit of left overs is now gone and no one used q sauce was great just like that
