Saw on the food netowrk last night where this guy stuffed his with cream cheese, placed a water chesnut that he covered in bbq sauce and then added a little more cream cheese. He then wrapped it with a slice of bacon and put it in the smoker. Looked pretty darn good.
Lancasters in Mooresville is decent. It's about 30 miles north of Charlotte or over in Concord Little Dueys (sp?) is pretty good. At least their wings are. They are smoked and the sauce tastes pretty good.
Thanks all...not writing off the gas grill. Wife won't let me do that with a $400 grill...lol It has it's advatanges and it has served us well. But it seems to taste better. Plus I hate the flare ups and the cleaning the gas grill. I just need to learn to make time for grilling and not a wham...
