Count me in as a fan too...just an FYI, I use a soy sauce bottle, the opening is big enough to allow the red pepper flakes to come out as well, just make sure its cleaned out real good...put this sauce in it and shake away on the pulled pork! hope this works as good for you all as it does for me.

as i stated before, no pro here. Once you have reached the internal temp that you want (weather you prefer to smoke to a certain temp then finish cooking it in the oven or doing it all in the smoker) then foil, towel, cooler...but my guess would be that keeping it warm in the oven would cause it...
far from pro here, but from what I've read from the pro's here is...better to cook ahead and wrap in foil, then wrap in towel and place in cooler, this will allow it to retain its temp for a couple hours and help steam itself to make it tender. Remember smoking goes on internal temps not by the...
pork loins were done around 10:15p (about a 3 1/2 or so smoke) and are pretty tasty...the butt is in the 120's as we speak and lookin good, spritzed with a 2 part apple juice 1 part Capt. Morgan Spiced Rum. Here's some more qview

Being a volunteer firefighter, I brought home my old firefighting gloves when we were issued new ones. They work great. Of course I sent then through the wash a few times. Try stopping by you local fire department and see if they have any gloves lying around...worth a try!
