Do what I did, and just open YOUR OWN place. I got my restaurant up and running for under $25,000. Lots of commercial equipment to be had cheap on eBay and just find a quaint diner location. I found one for under $600/mo rent. Don't let other restaurants take the glory of your labor go on...
