HI ,
I'm going to smoke two small briskets in my Masterbuilt electric smoker on Easter Sunday.
Each brisket is just under 4 pounds.
Questions:
1. I have 4 shelves. Can I put one brisket on each shelf with a drip pan under that?
2. Since they're smaller separate cuts of meat, how long should I cook them?
I think you mentioned 1 1/2 hours per pound. Would that be 6 hours?
3. I am going to use your rub for the first time. Can't wait.
Also I'm going to use your onion marinade.
I hope you can answer soon.
Any other advice?
Thanks for everything!
