    Hello all! I'm in the beginning stage of planning my smoker build. I had never heard of a reverse flow smoker before joining SMF. What are the benefits of RF? Can you give me the pros and cons of RF? Thank you in advance!

    Doing a whole pig... with Qview

    NICE LOOKING PIG!!!  That is something I really want to do someday!  Cook a whole pig... in a smoker and underground (kalua).  Just curious, how did the skin taste?  Did you use any kind of rub?

    Hello from Southern Illinois.....

    Hello everyone!  I'm new here.  My name is Travis Joiner.  I am from Southern Illinois.  I live to smoke meat with my daughter.  I am getting ready to build us a new smoker.  I found this site and so far I'm loving it.
