    tri tip help

    I finally got around to trying a tri tip roast. Wow these things are good. I just rubbed it down with little salt and pepper. Put in on the smoker at 250 and pulled at 155. Wrapped and let rest for approx 30 minutes. Ended up with a lovely medium rare, still pink and juicy. These things have...

    Light Brown vs Dark Brown Sugar

    Brown sugar is really just sugar that has had molasses added to it. Dark Brown has more molasses than Light Brown. Will there be a taste difference? Yes Could you actually tell a difference after they were smoked? Probably not. YMMV.... ~dustin
