    I did an 11 lb one this weekend. I didn't do anything to the skin / fat / etc - just rubbed it down, wrapped in plastic wrap for 10 hours, and then put it on the smoker.     Big campout this weekend and I'm bringing my smoker. I have the 18" smokevault. I'm going to do chicken (either whole or qtrs) and ribs. Any thoughts on how much food I should make and how much I could fit in the vault at a time? The most I've done in there at once thus far has been 1 bird...
