Being a NYer I don't know that I can sell anyone, myself included, on smoking pizza. Now, smoked mozzarella on a brick or coal oven pizza firing at 800-1000 degrees, that is more like it! Hmm, thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to start up a thread with my situation and see what people suggest.
