    Need Help: Beef Chuck Under Blade Roast Boneless

    I use "prime rib" rubs for all my steaks and beef roasts. then I rub them down with fresh garlic and extra fresh ground pepper. Got one sitting in the fridge for tomorrow!

    HEY THERE! Just wanted to let you know that the wild turkey I smoked last Saturday came out great! The bacon wrap worked very well! The white meat was moist and extremely good. The dark meat....not so much! But I didn't cover it with bacon, it was dried out and nobody ate it...didn't save it...
