Welcome lectro-smoke,
Great people, great recipes and great advice here.
These Guys walked me through my first smoke and it went perfectly. Welcome and enjoy.

Sorry guys. Should have done this yesterday. I am a new BBQ and smoker addict. I have a Brinkmann Gourmet smoker / BBQ as well as a five burner gas BBQ and an old charcoal BBQ. The smoker is my fascination right now and a pork butt and ribs are my target this weekend.
I pick up a pork shoulder on Friday as well as a rack of ribs. I have read threads and articles and think I am ready for the final push. The pork will weigh about 6lbs and ribs are a full rack. Any ideas on the length of time for both as I have heard so many variations. Wouldnt want to spoil it!!
