I mad some smoked pepper that turned out real good.
I put fresh jalapenos (quartered length wise) in the smoker and smoked them for 3 hours. I then put them in the dehydrator and dryed them. I then ground them in a coffee grinder (do this outside). Makes a great peper for soups and stews.

just put a woodstove in this summer. Been cutting wood like crazy. have 30 cords (face) cut so far.
