well I got a barrel type smoker with a side box and I am in the process of curing it right now. I have my bacon fat that I am putting on the grills over coals and some apple wood. I am a newbie and I have learned a lot from the web site thanks Jeff and all the others I love the rub and BBQ sauce receipt from Jeff I am wide open for any help. Thanks to all out there
