    Problem with my MES 30

    I'm pretty sure the problem was with the extension cord. Moved it closer to the house and plugged directly into the outlet with no problem.

    Has anyone ever had a problem where when you plug the smoker in, it begins to make a clicking noise in temp controller and will not fire up. Please tell me my smoker can be saved... it's only 2 years old. It's too young to die!

    Immediate Help Needed! Smoking a turkey as I type...

    I have been smoking a 15.5lb turkey for 4 hours now at 230F. My temp probe is telling me that the breast is at 174F. I read that a bird that size should take about 9 hours to smoke. Is it safe to assume my probe is junk? Any help is appreciated.
