    I had mine made at a local metal fab shop. All the pieces were made of 10ga steel. The baffel extension dimension is 8 1/4x13 3/4 and welded to baffle that exist from the factory. I had tuning plates made from a recommedation that I had read here within the past week. I only needed 3 pieces...

    Congrats on the Cimarron - I've had one for two years and have enjoyed cooking with it. Just recently completed extending the baffle plate and adding the tuning plates, I also changed the charcoal grate - it will make a difference in temp control. Fire it up, drink a cool one and enjoy!!
