    Sam's has two type of large beef type roasts...one is labled "Beef Loin BNLS Sirloin Butt" and the other is "Beef Round Sirloin Tip Roast Cov" is either of these a good cut to smoke?

    Smoker Addict mentioned it was a gas tank... I am looking at a tank that was used for diesel fuel....what suggestions regarding this type of tank? After a safe cutting do you burn out the tank and have it sand blasted...or?

    Thanks folks...your the best. I like it pulled prefer it chopped thought I'd give it a try slicing it for sandwiches or wraps. Removed it from the smoker at 170 degrees and let it set...will try photos...still a bit of a novice on that part.
