I'm smoking two 7lb briskets for a get together tomorrow. If I throw them, whole, in a pan with some beef broth and then foil, in the oven will they come out dry?

The pork is coming along a little quicker than I thought. In 5 hours it's gone up 100 degrees. I was hoping to be done about 4pm, but it might be an early supper.

Here is one of our girl, Abby, a Chocolate Lab. In this picture, she is 5 months & 45 lbs. I think she will top out at 80. We'll see.
Also, I can't keep my son away long enough to get a picture of her by herself, but that's a good thing!
I finally back from Mississippi. I graduated and I came back to North Dakota! I put a pork shoulder on at 4 am and I cant wait until supper tonight! Just to give some you who know me an update. The Air Force has seen fit to relocate me to Korea in March. That's not going to be much fun...
