    First try w/Turkey drumsticks...

    Well, my first try with pork was really yummy, the salmon was a big hit with my girlfriend....so thought I'd give poultry a try....bought 6 fresh turkey drumsticks this afternoon....can use all the help I can get :) brine recipes? rubs? wood? I'll welcome any and all help I can get!!!...yawl...

    Not much of a fish person, but thought I'd try some salmon since my girlfriend loves it...might as well kill two birds with one stone :) Anyway, it turned out super...soft, flaky, and moist.     Hello all. I'm a complete newbie to the 'world of smoke'. Have grilled for years and enjoyed it, but nothing compares to the taste of smoked meat..IMHO. Am looking forward to my first stab at it in the near future...tomorrow maybe? Just purchased a Bradley smoker and having "seasoned" it earlier...
