    Thanks for the tip! Actually it will be cemented into those pillars, and a wall will go around it underneath. The smoke you are seeing is the last bit of seasoning.. I spent the last 2 days running smoke through it.. Sorry about the teasing , but it is 82 degrees here now, and by Thursday...

    So far, the plan is to smoke 9 racks of baby backs, 2 whole birds (chicken) some gator tail (possibly) and I want to put a lamb roast on there, but my wife has other plans for that, so I'll have to try that another time. Any thoughts on putting some clams in the smoker?? This will be my first...
