Fatty question
Been awhile since I've rolled one .... But what is the recommended IT for a fatty ? Stuffed it with just some cheese and left over pulled pork and onions .... Thanks in advance ! -

I'd say to give yourself a good 11-13 hours ....as long as you can maintain your temps ...should be around 11 hours .....keep a lot foil at hand, and juice and wrap for the last hour ....should be golden !! Good luck !!- sasquatch
