    What do you do about smoking in Winter?

    I enjoy smoking in the winter and seem to have more time to do so. With a gosm one of the best things is the ability to cold smoke; cheese, beef jerky, salmon, etc are all easily doable where in the summer it's difficult to hold temps low enough. Come on snow!
