    My wife wants to buy me a gift and she seen one on guy fiery food network when they were at a tailgating event on diner drive ins and dives.. I guess I would have to make a list of parts for the mini wsm, I don't know if she could handle getting all the parts this time of year but its a good idea.

    gravy from the drippings where do I learn how to do that?that sounds delicous.Also I am going to smoke today and thanksgiving is on thursday.So I smoke it tell its done.Then go see the inlaws 4 hours away and it will still be good if I reheat it a day later?

    I have smoked a bunch of tri-tip and it came out perfect.Iwas woundering does poultry take in the smoke past temp of 140 ?Cause I thought the tri tip stopped taking in smoke flavor at 140.And there is a danger keeping the bird at 140 or less for a long time? how long and why is it...

    the meat always has a smoke ring after you smoke it? huh this is only my second time smoking.

    I smoked a tri tip last night got it up to 160 medium the took it out.the outside was pink and the inside was cooked.it was like there was a 1/8 inch pink ring all the way around the outside.Ive ate alot of tri tip and none looked like that.does anybody know why it would cook like that?
