    Thanks All The 4 hour smoke time sounds good. I going to oven the shoulders @200 to finish them. ?? When I get back and if I'm running out of time is it ok to bump up heat to get to 205 for pulling. Thanks

    Hi All, Question on Friday I was planning to do two shoulder about 7-8 lbs ea for a party that night. Something came up (work) is it ok to smoke in the AM for a couple of hours than put them in oven to finish up (I know this wrong) but, A man got to do what a man has to do. Thanks
