    Phil, I did one last weekend stuffed with velvetta because it was in my fridge. By the time it came off the smoker it had no cheese left in it because it all leaked out and was pretty much flat. But like everyone else says its not the looks its the taste and it was GOOD!

    Citrus Spritz?

    I have used both apple and pinnapple juice and have also mixed in Cap't Morgan Run and also tried Jack Daniels, Use your imagination, the possibilities are endless. I am going to try a dark rum next time and see what happens. Try and post some Q-View. GOOD LUCK!
