I would check one out and shred it up in a pan just to make sure.
Lately, I have been cooking mine the day before an event, shredding them and then reheating the next day in a pan covered with aluminum foil with apple juice included to steam it.
The only time I have ever had a butt cook "too...
The only prepackaged/preseasoned meat that I have bought are the vacuum sealed marinated pork loin and turkey loin. Not sure if they were also Hormel, might have been.
They were pretty good, I didn't think they were salty... BUT, the last time I bought one was last summer, so I might have since...

Thanks for the recipe...
Just emailed it to myself, and will probably try it out the next time I do ribs. Always looking for new and exciting stuff :-)
Can't wait to see the pictures from this thing. I was infactuated with the two rovers that landed last time. Glad this landing seemed to have gone smoothly :-)
Lookin good Steve. We got a great weekend in Georgia to smoke too. Just gotdone myself, and I'm tempted to throw something else on now and pull an all-nighter. :-)
My fiance told me about 3 weekends ago "no smoked meat this weekend"...
Instead, I smoked corn on the cob, eggplant, squash, asparagus and peppers.
I grilled the ribeyes...
Smoked foods... Too much is never enough..
