I just purchased a propane "GOSM" . I have never smoked and would appreciate some advice on smoking some basic meats. I do not want to smoke a turkey just yet but I think I can handle some pre-turkey ribs or salmon. I purchased a few bags of the Jack Daniels smoking chips so thats what I will...
