    The only time it's not BBQ season is the dead of winter when I can't see the grill!
    Looking into purchasing the Woodwind grill & smoker by Camp Chef. Can anyone provide some foresight into this?

    I purchased mine 3 weeks ago and have already done 2 pork shoulders, 1 brisket, salmon, wings, and steaks. Highly highly recommend this grill! I am absolutely in love with it. Keeps temps very nicely. I like to use it as an oven at 400 and its easily stays between 395 and 405, but has not problem staying at lower temps either. So far I am a huge fan of it.
