Getting the temp right
Hello everyone, I recently built and smoker out of a 300 gal. tank. My firebox is 2'x2'x2' with an opening of 12"x12" entering the cooking chamber 3 in. below the cooking grate. It seems that it's hard for me to keep the pit above 250. My smoke stack is 6"x42" and it comes out of the end...- oppelousas
