Any one else grow their own HOTS?

I got them today...thanks for sharing...I think I'll keep the little sample for the next time wifey makes a big batch of chili. I read your instructions and warnings about handling these little fire balls so if I burst into flames or somehow suffer from spontaneous combustion I can't say that I...

    Bhut Jolokia pepper

I got some birdseye pepper seeds from 'Plant Universe' on ebay; he also threw in a packet of jalapeno seeds. I just looked and he has bhut jolokia seeds for sale...they seem a little steep at $7 for 25+ seeds but then again maybe it's not.

Bob goes back to the doctor for an adjustment He explains what happened to him last night The doctor says he can make a small adjustment so this never happens again The doctor puts him under hypnosis and says that whenever he sees an apple he will 'think' orange'. Bob goes out with his wife the...

    bumble bees

They're back!!!! At this point I am ready to try the gasoline method and if that doesn't work try it again and toss in a match as someone previously suggested in jest. I called the exterminator who has been twice and he said that he will come back next Monday and really pack in whatever powder...

    bumble bees

Thanks for all of the suggestions guys...you're the best. Right now the two really big ones (the queens I was told) are nowhere to be found (hopefully upstairs) and there are still a couple of smaller workers still buzzing around trying to find their way back; a big improvement from yesterday...

    bumble bees

Thanks Mossy; I went out back tonight while they were inactive and put boards around the edges; hopefully they will get frustrated trying to get back home and move on to more hospitible surroundings. I will try the dishsoap suggestion as well. If that doesn't work then I guess I will take the...

    bumble bees

I'm not sure if it belongs in this forum but here goes. I have a problem with bumble bees which have taking a liking to living under my shed. I called an exterminater which sprayed the edges of the shed and said to call him if they came back (which they did). I called him back and he sprayed...

two drunks in a bar (pg sort of)

Two guys are sitting at the bar soaking up as much as possible; they both get really drunk and one of them pukes all over himself. He starts crying and asks the other guy what am I going to tell my wife when I get home. The other guys says, 'no problem', stick a $20 dollar bill in your shirt...

a dispute over a duck (pg)

Okay, I know it's an oldie, I first heard it 'bout 30 years ago myself and it probably was out many years before that...but here's a new one...and it is real life. A buddy at work last week was rushing home from work at lunch to let his pup out to do its business because his wife was away on...

a dispute over a duck (pg)

A duck hunter sees a flock of ducks flying overhead, he aims his shotgun and manages to shoot one. The duck falls to the ground and the hunter goes over to pick it up and just when he grabs it a farmer comes over and says 'hey, that's my duck'. The hunter says to the farmer, I'm sorry but you...

A quick 'hello' from Ontario Canada

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Like I said before I have been lurkin' around for awhile trying to pick up any nuggets of info before asking any redundant questions. I guess everyone has their own personal preference when it comes to what type of smoker is 'best' or at least what is best for...

A quick 'hello' from Ontario Canada

Just wanted to say Hi from a wannabe smoker. I have been reading this forum for a couple of months and have so far just used a small cast iron box on top of my propane grill to get a little whiff of hickory or mesquite to flavour whatever meat I was preparing (and it was good). I must say that...
