    Hey guys, I've had my 30" MES for a few months now, and its working pretty good. I have had an issue with very little smoke production, and wood chips coming out of the chip-loader as black charcoal looking pieces after a 6 hour cook. They just aren't burning well. I keep the vent wide open...
