    Results First Smoke

    Just did those pork chops, turned out ok. Tender, tasty, but I think I'm going to go higher heat for a bit longer next time, outside wasn't crispy whatsoever and the meat could have come out warmer. Other than that the unit behaved well! Until next time -

    Hey, I just bought a smoker and wanted to start small (and just bout two 0.6 lb pork chops) - how long should I cook them for? I know they'll be done fairly quickly, and since its such a small quantity of meat in the grand scheme of things, should I only use 1 cup of wood chips as well? Thanks...
