your better off adding some balsamic vinegar etc... bad wine will make bad sauce, if ou dont like the taste why use it?
Curious to hear what other culinary delights the members here pursue. My wife and I are fond of making homemade pastas (and sauces/pesto/gravies to go with them) especially ravioli/tortellini, and many Asian themed dishes. She also bakes and make a mean cheesecake.
