    Hello Carlos Here From Miami Fl,and just Built me a Smoker from 175 gal water tank I think it came out great, I can Smoke with split logs I can Smoke with Propane ,and I can also use a Charcoal and wood chips and also put in a water basin so as not to dry those meats that can get pretty dry...
