stokers and auto controllers..what do you use?
Hey guys, I have a Pitmaster IQ. Let me start by saying this. I have a Uvalde Texas Smokers 16X32" horizontal offset smoker. It's made of 1/4" steel on the firebox and smoke chamber. How much charcoal do you go through?
Hello, everyone. I'm knew to the site but not new to smoking meat. I recently upgraded to a horizontal pipe smoker w/firebox on side from Texas Smokers out of Uvalde, Texas. Very nice setup. Anyway, as with any toy, I'm learning and experimenting w/it. Last weekend, made a brisket for first time...- magnadawg
